Shipping Policy

At shopjebellett.com, we aim to have all orders delivered to all our customers within a timely manner. In-store pick up options are also available for your convenience at any of our various locations.

Exchange Policy

Items may be returned within a reasonable time frame of (7 days) purchase with the exception of belts, bags, jewellery and sale items. SAME DAY exchanges ONLY will be facilitated for belts, bags and jewellery. There will be NO EXCHANGES on sale items.

ALL items being exchanged MUST be in their original, resalable state with all tags and accompanied by proof of receipt. Management will in no way be held accountable for used and/or damaged items.

Items may be returned to any of our branches and a credit note will be issued. The monetary value of the credit note will not include any delivery charges which you have paid.
